Christian Family Church San Antonio (“CFC”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Most of this site can be browsed without telling us anything about yourself. We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us, for example when you:

• Plan a visit and tell us your name, email, phone number and who is coming with you.
• Connect with us or ask a question through the contact form.
• Share a prayer request, which may include personal or sensitive details you choose to include.
• Volunteer and tell us about your interests and availability.

Each form asks only for what we need to follow up with you. Fields marked optional can be left blank.

How we use it

We use the information you share to respond to you, to welcome you when you visit, to pray for you when you ask us to, and to connect you with the right team or ministry. Form submissions are delivered by email to the appropriate CFC staff members and are treated with care and discretion. Prayer requests are shared only with our prayer team.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Email and messages

If you give us your email address or phone number, we may use it to reply to you and, occasionally, to tell you about services, events and next steps at CFC. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or by emailing info@cfcsa.com.

Giving and registrations

Online giving and event registrations are handled by Church Center (Planning Center). When you give or register you leave this website and your payment and account details are collected and processed by Planning Center under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Embedded content

Some pages embed content from other services, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit according to their own policies:

• YouTube (Google) for messages and live services.
• Google Maps for directions to our building.
• Church Center for our live calendar.

Interacting with those embeds is governed by Google’s and Planning Center’s privacy policies.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how the site performs. This data does not identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including serving this site over an encrypted connection and limiting access to form submissions to the staff who need them.
