FAQ’s about CFC Bible School


1. On which night of the week will classes occur?
Tuesday evening each week. Only one night per week in the classroom is required for each year. There will be two tests per semester usually administered on a Saturday morning. It is expected that students will want to be involved in leadership within their church.


2. What is the cost of the Bible School?
At under $1200.00 per year, the CFCI Bible School is very reasonable and competitive..

3. Will there be child care available?
Yes there will be.

4. Will there be a payment program?
Yes. Tuition may be spread out over 10 months. In the amount of 75.00 per month. Payment will occur between August – May.


5. Will there be home work? If so how much?
Homework will include,

  • review of lecture as found in Course Manuals.
  • Practical Ministry hands on assignments
  • There will be occasional reading assignments.
  • Test preparation and review.


6. How many classes will you be able to miss in a semester ?
You are permitted to miss up to 3 classes per quarter provided that a “valid letter” is submitted and approved. ( Refer to Prospectus and Student Handbook – Pg. 23 Class attendance)


7. What age do you have to be to attend 1st year Bible School?
18 years old or must be enrolled and attending in the 10th grade USA. Consult with Registrar.


8. What is accreditation and why is it important?
TAC “Transworld Accreditation Commission” has accredited institutions around the world. For more information visit the TAC website. At the end of 3 years upon successful completion of all requirements the student may receive a Bachelor’s in Practical Ministry.
All students successfully completing all requirements and graduating from each year of CFCBS, the student will receive either a 1st year certificate, a second year diploma or a third year / School of Timothy’s qualification, Bachelor’s degree. The successful student will, in addition, receive accreditation from any churches affiliated with CFC International.


9. How many courses will I be able to take at once?
Courses for each year of the program occur one night per week.
In the 1st year you are required to do all the courses on the class roster before proceeding to 2nd year courses. Completion of 2nd year courses enables one to proceed to 3rd year.


10. How often can I take the courses?
The subject matter for all Bible School courses is only offered once per year.


11. What type of a degree will I have when I finish the course work?
Once you have successfully completed all 3 years of Bible School requirements, you will be able to graduate with a B. min degree


12. How long will it take me to get my degree?
3 years


13. What type of work will I be able to do once I have my degree?
You will be well equipped to fulfill your own ministry, possessing an in depth base of Biblical knowledge, more extensive ministry exposure and experience, leadership principles, church administration and church financial management. The Bible School is designed to equip people for ministry.


14. Is there financial aid or scholarships available?
Christian Family Church is subsidizing the cost of operations for the Bible School. Without this generous subsidy the Bible School would be forced to charge much more. For Non-CFC members contact your local pastor for assistance.


15. Will on-line courses be available?
There are no on-line courses available.
